Marcus
Greatly enjoyed the a nice size room, and the exceptional view across the lake.

The location was sick - we were just a short walk away from the Konstanz Cathedral and the Imperia statue. We even hit up the Zeppelin Museum, which was straight fire! The rooms were cozy and had all the chill vibes we needed after a long day of exploring. Plus, the staff was mad cool and hooked us up with all the deets on the best spots to hit up in town. Definitely recommend for a dope time with your squad!
If I had to ask for one thing that could've made our stay even more lit, it would be a sick rooftop bar or lounge area. We were all about that nightlife and it would've been amazing to have a dope hangout spot where we could chill and have some drinks while enjoying the epic views of Konstanz.

I chose Augustiner Tor because I wanted to visit the Dreifaltigkeitskirche. Surprisingly, the hotel does not allow pets, which I appreciated. The complimentary continental breakfast served on weekends was a delightful start to my day.
Communication among staff can improve. Some room facilities didn't work properly, such as the fridge and bathroom light.

Good breakfast with variety of fresh items/large room by European standards/Parking in nearby shopping plaza/Easy walking to old town, lake, and shopping centre
On a main street, which some people might dislike, but did not bother us

It was spotless with outstandingly accommodating and affable staff at the reception desk. The nice location was only a short distance to Rathaus Constance. A shopping mall and several stores were right next door.
The bed in our room was short.

Great location with easy access to shops, eateries and the shore. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast options and nearby transportation.
Nothing, all excellent.

Breakfast was delicious and the views from the courtyard were nice.
The room ended up being small for the four of us, but that may have been my error when I booked the room. They did accommodate us quickly though (provided enough beds and bedding).

Great location, nice and large rooms. We had a great view of the Augustiner Platz.
Although everything is very nice, there are some small details give the hotel a cheap look. There was cleaning equipment in the corridors and it stayed there during our whole stay. The "reception" in the second floor is very improvised. Small details that would make a hell of a difference.

Good breakfast and easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was too warm and the fan provided was not sufficient. The lack of air conditioning made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Modern design. Comfortable beds. Nice reception staff. Convenient parking at Augustiner public car park. Proximity of restaurants, and all shops as well as the lake.
No free wifi. No air conditionin meaning in August you have to have windows open. Being in the centre there is a fair bit of noise that disturbed us in the night.

Breakfast with a good assortment of food and fresh vegetables and fruit. Unbelievably good and top location in the heart of everything...

There were sweets in the room and a mini fridge for drinks!!
The rooms were not clean and hairs were found on the bed. Parking was very difficult here and there was not even a place to unload your suitcases. We had to park in a park garage which was about a 10 mins walk

The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the food was of good quality.
